Your Agreement with freebats

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and freebats ("freebats", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://freebats.net ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the freebats Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus or promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

freebats reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://freebats.net/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the freebats Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional funds awarded to a Player under a bonus or promotion.
• "Game" means any slot, table game, live dealer game, virtual game, crash game, or sports betting market offered on the freebats Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process freebats may require before processing withdrawals or in response to account review triggers.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. freebats provides gambling services for entertainment purposes only. Access to the freebats Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age for the entire duration of your use of the Platform.

freebats takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We employ age verification checks at the point of registration and reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage to confirm that a Player meets the minimum age requirement. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

The freebats Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. freebats does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.2 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person when using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a freebats employee or partner organisation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with freebats or any partner responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or subsequent access.
• You must be registering and playing in your own name, with your own funds, for your own personal entertainment.

To access the full range of freebats services — including depositing funds, playing casino games, and placing sports bets — you must register a personal Account via the freebats Login page. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.

You are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. All information provided must be truthful. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active freebats Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where freebats identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited at freebats's discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your freebats Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. freebats will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact freebats support immediately at [email protected]. freebats may temporarily lock your Account while a security review is conducted.

3.3 KYC Verification

freebats reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed. Repeated failure to comply with KYC requests may result in permanent account closure.

freebats accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka exclusively. All Account balances are displayed and maintained in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is ৳200.
• Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be confirmed depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• freebats does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. freebats does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will trigger a KYC identity verification step.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, and the method must be registered in your own name.
• freebats reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers a risk or compliance review.

4.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions on the freebats Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. freebats does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PIN codes on its servers. Payment data is handled through secure, tokenised connections with our payment processing partners. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before requesting a withdrawal of funds derived from bonus activity.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus offers may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Where a restriction applies, it will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• freebats reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will apply.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse freebats bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or colluding with other players to fulfil wagering conditions — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. freebats reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings associated with suspected bonus abuse and to suspend or permanently close the Account in question.

All games available on the freebats Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review game-specific rules before committing real-money wagers.

6.1 RNG and Game Integrity

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on freebats — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In all cases, freebats's decision on the settlement of bets (including in the event of match abandonment, result reversal, or data feed error) shall be final. Key principles include:

• Bets placed after the official match start time may be voided at freebats's discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published on the Platform.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) are not binding and freebats reserves the right to void any bet placed at a materially incorrect price.
• BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament bets are subject to the standard cricket betting rules published in the sports section.

6.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected game rounds or bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player. freebats is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player continuing to play during a period of identified technical malfunction. If you experience a technical issue during gameplay, you should stop playing immediately and report the issue to [email protected].

As a registered user of the freebats Platform, you agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose of lawful adult entertainment. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account and agree to comply with these Terms at all times.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the freebats Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or freebats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure or technical control implemented on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in real-money games or betting markets, including in live dealer poker or sports betting syndicate arrangements.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged or altered documents during KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the same individual, whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at freebats staff or other players via any support channel.

7.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the freebats Platform in a responsible manner and to be honest with yourself about the nature of your gambling activity. freebats provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — which you are encouraged to use if you have any concerns about your gambling behaviour. These tools are accessible after freebats Login via your account settings at any time.

freebats reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if freebats reasonably determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the Account presents a risk management concern, or that continued operation of the Account may expose freebats or other users to harm.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the Account holder is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Confirmed operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Use of automated tools, VPNs, or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your freebats Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, freebats will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will not be paid out. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion directly from account settings after freebats Login, or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and will be activated within 24 hours of the request being received. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and freebats will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new Account. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. freebats will attempt to notify the Account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. Dormant Accounts with a positive balance will continue to hold that balance for the Account holder, but freebats reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month after the dormancy period is confirmed, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.
